This floor was a prefinished floor installed when the house was built in 1996. The finish was worn and scratched due to having 6 large dogs. That's where K&S Hardwood Floors, LLC came in and brought these floors back to their orginal beauty. We used a top of the line, water-based polyurethane formulated for commercial applications due to the high volume of traffic in this house. A simple recoat every 2-3 years will keep these floors looking brand new for years to come.
